Teams throughout our Bus businesses have introduced a targeted school engagement strategy to help improve relationships with students, schools and parents/guardians.

By strengthening our relationship with school communities, we have been able to improve the experience on board our services.

University and campus travel
We are continuing to look for more opportunities to partner with universities, colleges and TAFEs to provide efficient, safe and reliable transport for their students.

Together, with partners Transport for NSW, Armidale Regional Council and the University of New England, we are proud to have trialled autonomous shuttle services around the university campus and nearby Armidale, in New South Wales.
Did you know?
More than 1000 passengers travelled on the predefined route of our Armidale autonomous shuttle service.
听
At the time of operation in 2019, the route, which serviced the University of New England campus, was the longest and most complex route of an autonomous shuttle Australia-wide.
